As required, officials must submit their asset statements within 60 days of appointment, and the central bank has now made his disclosures public.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the statement, Pandit and his family own various immovable properties, financial investments, and savings. In Tokha Municipality, a plot of land worth approximately NPR 22 million is registered in the name of his wife, Kamana Sharma Pandit. The property was reportedly acquired through a combination of personal income, his spouse\u2019s earnings, and bank loans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Similarly, another piece of land worth around NPR 6.9 million is registered in his wife\u2019s name in Tarakeshwar. In addition, Pandit owns land valued at about NPR 1 million in Dhangadhi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regarding ancestral property, his father, Keshari Raj Pandit, owns 11 ropani of land in Damauli, while his mother owns 6 ropani of land in Kathmandu. The statement also notes a two-and-a-half-storey house in the Samakhushi area registered in his mother\u2019s name, inherited through family sources.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The disclosure further shows that Pandit possesses around 20 tolas of gold, 250 tolas of silver, and diamonds worth approximately NPR 200,000. These were acquired through marriage, family occasions, and personal earnings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In terms of financial assets, Pandit holds savings exceeding NPR 20 million across various banks and financial institutions.
