While the policy programs will be released on Monday, the budget is scheduled for presentation on May 15.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"1161\">Through this portal, Nepali citizens living both inside and outside the country, as well as subject-matter experts and policy-makers, can share their views on budget planning and development priorities. Press and Research Advisor Deepa Dahal explained that this initiative aligns with the Prime Minister\u2019s vision of valuing public opinion and expert advice in the government\u2019s decision-making process, rather than confining it to administrative circles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1498\">The Secretariat claims that the platform will help bridge the gap between the state and its citizens, establishing a new practice of good governance.
