Banking Khabar/ A total of 107 employees have been transferred at once in Nepal Rastra Bank. Those transferred include employees ranging from Assistant Directors to Executive Directors. Staff working in various offices, departments, and divisions have been reassigned. Previously, there was no practice of transferring so many employees at once.
According to the notice of Rastra Bank, two Executive Directors have been transferred. Naresh Shakya, who was working in the Internal Audit Department, has been transferred to the Microfinance Institutions Supervision Department, while Bimalraj Khanal of the Microfinance Supervision has been brought to the Financial Management Department.
Director Dipakraj Lamichhane, who was working in the Pokhara Office, has been transferred to the Internal Audit Department. Likewise, 38 Deputy Directors have been transferred at once. Among those transferred are also 66 Assistant Directors. At present, two Deputy Governors of Rastra Bank are on foreign visits.
