Banking Khabar / NIC Asia Bank Limited has put its promoter shares of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company up for sale through an auction. The bank is offering a total of 887,825 promoter shares starting today.
The minimum price has been set at Rs 165 per share. Investors must apply for at least 5,000 shares, while they can bid for up to the entire lot. Both individuals and companies are eligible to participate in the bidding process.
Interested buyers are required to submit sealed bids by Baisakh 28. NIC Asia Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the sale.
Applications can be submitted at NIC Asia Capital’s office in Thapathali, Kathmandu, the corporate office of NIC Asia Bank in Thapathali, or its branch offices in Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Dhangadhi, and Surkhet.
