Nepal Rastra Bank has instructed the companies permitted to pay related work to publish Annual report. In accordance, the companies like e-payment, wallet alike have to publish their annual report.
The report should be published on the basis of the data till last day of Asar. The BOD of the organization will be required to appoint the auditor for the annual financial transactions and inform to Rastra Banks as well. Auditing has to be done within four months from the last day of Asar. Then, one month is given to decide the audit report from BOD and submit to Rastra Bank.
