Human is the possibility which carries every thought into action and ultimately achievement of every expectation. Keeping self motivated, empowered and enthusiastic human assets is one of the prominent challenges in today’s corporate world. Globalization has given an ample of opportunities to every factors of production to move from one place to another easily and human possibility is one of them.

Migration of human assets in search of prosperity & growth and sometimes in compulsion is welcoming hazardous situation in every economy especially in underdeveloped & developing countries globally. On-boarding of staff members by organizations have become a very crucial job. When the matter comes to retention, it has become one of the major functions of every employer in this global village.

In the contemporary world the buzz word Leadership has become very easy to understand but difficult to implement. Basically, leadership is not about creating mere followers rather developing the successor in every aspect of doing. When one let him/ her to be groom and empowered then his/ her job will be easier and faster leading successful outcome from the job started. Getting things done by people is the best management practices throughout the globe. In the 1920s and 1930s, there emerged the idea that people are important factors for organizations.

They are the prime resources of an organization to achieve goals. The human relation approach (which mark that concept that leadership is all about people management) we stimulated by a group of researchers from Harvard University who conducted a series of studies between 1927 and 1932 among several groups of workers at the Hawthorne plant of the western Electronic Company in Chicago. The fundamental of leadership & its implementation has become changed because previously management of things & financial resources, technical & other resources were counted as the most important job of every leader. Nowadays management of human possibility is one of the major function & importantly most crucial job of every leader out there.

Common terminology such as VUCA; as one the well known and informed acronym regarding resourcefulness & its management also comes along with effective people management & their capacity. Here VUCA stands for Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity and it is used to help teams and organizations to be better prepared for uncertain situations/ resources and to manage the risks associated with them. This seems to be an alert to be proactive in relation with every factor of production and most importantly human possibility.

In today’s corporate world people management followed by recognition, appreciation, initiation of shout- out boards, employee loyalty package & programs, reward, promoting transparent & equity friendly corporate culture matters a lot. Indeed, dealing with human possibility & taking a lead to carry them as the top most priority of the organization has become very crucial function of every employer and it has to be counted irrespective of organizational internal as well external challenges.
